Skinny Baked Mozzarella Sticks

It doesn't sound possible does it?  Skinny Mozzarella Sticks?  Skinny Baked Mozarella sticks, who woulda thinkit?!  They are now one of my Favorite Party Snacks!  I had always loved mozzarella sticks, but they are so unhealthy for you!  Super fattening.  If you are looking for a way to put the skinny into a delicious party appetizer just in time for the Super Bowl, I highly recommend this recipe.  I'm going to make them to be frozen until game day!

These were SUPER easy to make.  There were only 4 ingredients involved:  low fat cheese sticks, breadcrumbs, flour and an egg.  Just bread them as you would bread anything else!  Cut each cheese stick in three.  Dip each into a small bowl of flour and then of a beaten egg, and lastly the bread crumbs.  Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.  Bake them at 400* for about 8-10 minutes flipping them at the halfway point!  I must admit... I was bad, I did sneak a few to bake before freezing the rest.  YUMMMY!  I recommend this recipe... easy, not so unhealthy and delish!
