Reinvent your Room with Mohawk Home

I always love it when the opportunity arises to discuss products in my area of expertise. Before I became a full-time blogger, I enjoyed managing the East Coast Sales for a High End Furniture Manufacturer and providing Interior Design Consulting. This is my lovely little dining room. The place my Husband, two teenagers and I gather daily to discuss what is on our minds over a delicious meal. The first piece of furniture that I ever purchased new was this dining table, so it has been in the family for a long time. A very simple and easy way to liven up any room and tie all the elements together is with an area rug. It's also a great way to get a new look without having to invest in new furniture. Since my dining room is very understated at the moment, I basically had no limitations in the colors I could choose. That certainly did not mean that I had to choose a red rug as matching is no fun. I just needed the right color combination to blend with my arrangement.

It feels like an entirely new room and I couldn't be happier. My daughter loves it so much that she has already asked if it can go to college with her. (I think we will just have to buy her one of her own).
