This 28 year old kid (I can say that now because I'm in my 30's) is passionate about helping Moms meet their fitness goals. This book will provide you with so many valuable tips for life. One of my favorites is to keep a food journal. This allows you to truly break down what you are consuming. Maybe you didn't realize how many carbs all those sodas had or maybe it's your portion size of the right foods that's preventing you from burning enough calories. Dustin will show you the right foods to eat from which fats to use like Coconut Oil to putting together a full eating plan.
Another great tip is to cook in quantities. I never realized just how time saving this is until it was suggested in this book. You can buy in bulk which saves you money at the grocery store then throw servings into freezer bags. Then you have no excuse about not feeling like cooking a healthy meal. All you have to do is grab a freezer bag, warm it up and eat healthy. LOVE this idea!!!
If you're going to get fit, you've got to exercise. That doesn't mean you have to invest money in a gym membership. This book will help you in putting together an exercise routine from home with very minimal equipment. The best part is the illustrated photos and the tips which go along with describing each exercise.
Sure there may be great tips and good information, but I always yearn for a little motivation to keep me on track. There is no lack of motivation here! This book is filled full of success stories with before and after photos. The best part is that they are scattered throughout the book between chapters. It's so motivating to finish up a great chapter then see several incredible transformations. It makes you think, wow - I can do this, too - that's gonna be me!!!
