::: Project Alesea - Plastic Storage Chest Makeover :::

Hello Pinterest Fanatics!
My sweet little girl Alesea is growing up and is ready for a bedroom makeover fit for a teen. We sold her cute little girl loft bed {*tear} and brought in her first full size bed. If your household is anything like ours, then you have at least one of these plastic 3 drawer chests hanging around your home...

Alesea has a girly pastel one that we are going to makeover to match her new room colors. We wanted to pull her colors together, along with a splash of fun... so we decided to grab some duct tape along with our spray paint.

Isn't this adorable? I am in LOVE with the new patterns available from Duck Tape brand.

Too cute! You can check out all the designs and where to purchase them here.

These are the colors by Valspar Alesea has chosen to use.

As you can see, these organizers come completely apart. You will definitely want to take it apart before spraying.

Once all the pieces were dry, we sprayed a second coat. We allowed that to dry and then sprayed with a sealer. Then added the super cute polka dots top thanks to duck tape. It looks so cute with the photo frame we made, but more importantly...she is loving how her new room is coming along.

Happy Pinning my friends =)
