::: Best Ice Cream Cake Ever :::

Hello Pinterest Fanatics,
I ran across this pin for Easy Ice Cream Cake...

...and I knew it would be perfect for Granny who was turning 76.

Happy Birthday Granny

{speaking of Granny === here is a sneak peek of her famous Banana Pudding soon to be featured on Granny's Corner}

Beyond Delicious

It is truly one of the highlights of each family gathering. Yum!!!

Back to the Ice Cream Cake which is absolutely amazing, so much so that it too will now be at each family gathering.

You will need:
24 Ice Cream Sandwiches (I chose Chocolate Chip)
1 Jar of Caramel Sauce
1 Large Cool Whip
Chocolates (I chose Reeses Cups)
Oreos (Optional = I will be breaking these into crumbs and adding a layer in the middle for that added crunch next time I make this.)

Unwrap the Ice Cream Sandwiches and layer across the bottom of your Cake Pan (I used a 9" x 13"). Cut up an Ice Cream Sandwich to fill in any empty space.

Next add a layer of Cool Whip.

Now add 1/2 the jar of Caramel Sauce.

Then cut apart your Chocolates and spread evenly across. If you are adding Oreos, add these here.

Repeat all your layers each one time (except for the Oreos) and you are ready for the freezer.

Freeze for at least one hour and you are ready for this sweet treat!!!

So Delicious and So Easy to make

My family just couldn't stop telling me how good it was!!
{ Shhhh, don't tell them how easy it was ;) }

Granny Loved her Ice Cream Birthday Cake!!!

I know you will enjoy this as much as we did.
Happy Pinning my Friends!
