::: Peanut Butter Oreo Casserole :::

Hello my dear Pinners. You really can't search through desserts on Pinterest without running across one with Oreos... and I love me some Oreos! There's Oreo Cheesecakes, Oreo Brownies, Reese's Stuffed Oreos and I could go on and on. There's so many that I just couldn't choose. So I decided to throw everything I love into my Oreo dessert. I wanted it to taste and look homemade, but it still had to be quick, simple & easy to make. Be prepared, this one is very sweet. It is perfect paired up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a glass of cold milk.

You will need:
Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
Brownie Mix:
(This Brownie Mix requires 1 egg, 1/4 cup oil and water)
Chocolate or Peanut Butter Chips (optional)
Serve with Milk or Ice Cream

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. I greased a 9" x 13" pan with Pam & lightly floured. You can use a smaller pan if you would like for your Casserole to be thicker.

Spread your cookie dough out across the bottom of the pan. It will be pretty thin.

Spread 1 layer of Oreos across the cookie dough. I used the entire package and placed any broken cookies or crumbs into any openings.

Now mix up your brownie batter according to the directions and spread evenly across the Oreos. This will be a very thin layer.

Top with Chocolate or Peanut Butter chips and you are ready to place this heavenly dessert in the oven. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes. I really like my brownies barely done, so I baked closer to 20 minutes.

Here is the finished masterpiece. Allow it to cool, then cut around each Oreo to make square servings. Serve with milk or scoop of ice cream.

Tip: Cut any leftovers into tiny cubes & store in the freezer. Mix these into your favorite flavor of ice cream to make your own homemade version of Ben & Jerry's Half Baked.
